Submitting a request or opening the payment page does not confirm a booking, identify a professional or prove payment. A request is confirmed only after CareGrid communicates acceptance and the applicable conditions.
User responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information, lawful instructions, safe access and any required society or community permissions. Users must not request illegal, abusive, unsafe or unauthorised work.
Changes and availability
CareGrid may revise services, indicative pricing, policies and availability processes. Where a confirmed booking is materially affected, the team will communicate the available resolution.
